About the event
The Ceramics & Cacao workshop is a two‑hour invitation to connect, create, and leave with a functional piece of art, an heirloom even, all while being nourished in the way only real, in‑person experiences can.
We begin with a cacao ceremony guided by Lesh, a vibrant, intuitive facilitator with a beautifully grounded way of welcoming you into the moment. Her open‑hearted presence helps you soften, arrive, and connect with your own creative energy.
Ceremonial cacao is pure and close to the earth, minimally processed so it keeps its natural richness, its antioxidants, and all the goodness held within the bean. It’s known for supporting the heart, easing inflammation, and nourishing the body’s natural rhythms. But beyond the science, cacao offers something softer; a warm, steadying presence that opens you, grounds you, and invites you into yourself.
